You ABSOLUTELY DO NOT go and ask girls for explanations on why they don't find you attractive.
Tell her that you are not interested in friendships on Tinder and leave it at that. No explanations, no nothing.
If you really want to pursue friendship then go ahead, but I wouldn't waste my time.

Why not? As I think it'd be good to learn from the experience and know if it's something simple I could change to be more successful on dates

You just didn't present yourself the right way. We don't know what dynamics were there. Maybe you kissed at her doorstep and bounced off. Most women in most of these situations can't even tell what is wrong. They just feel it and know when they are turned off.
You will just come off as needy and put unneccessary pressure on her doing this interview. Tell her you don't want to be friends or that you only have women friends that go to sleep naked with you and leave it and you maybe will have a second date with her.
