You have a long road ahead. Stop thinking about women for the next couple of years. Get some money, a good job, you're going to need it. Put some muscle mass on you, it's easier said than done since sometimes there could be problems, so some of the money that you made will go to doctors/tests etc. I'd go for some beef, pale usually goes hand in hand with iron deficiency and small muscles.

When you have some money in your pocket and some muscles ( not a lot, but 15pounds of muscle on a lean guy can make him hella hot ) you can start talking to girls, they will notice you and even if you say dumb shit if they like you they will laugh.

In the same time read a lot, learn a lot. Sam Harris is my fav, Marcus Aurelius, Socrates, Jocko Willink etc. Find people who you admire and understand them, learn from them, become them.

Some form of fighting is always good to know.

Some dancing classes and/or something creative like guitar, drawing etc.

Study nutrition, study some diets, don't go vegan for God's sake.

I'd do sauna once every couple of days, helps a lot and detoxifies you, it's a fucking crisis that is happening and nobody really understands it.

Some of these are easy and fun, some are hard, especially the trainin/nutrition there's a lot of variability. Don't give up, learn, try.

If you're focused in 2 years you're a different man and you will see results and have a better life overall.

Also therapy can help if needed, the things you don't know you don't know are the hardest to figure out and sometimes you need help.
