I’ve been into the red pill for a few years but fell out of it pretty bad for about 4 months. Lost all confidence, quit gyming, became a lazy fuck, stopped going out, etc. I’ve gained my confidence back since I started hanging with this girl. I’ve now gotten back into self improvement, lifting, socializing, etc. The girl I’ve been seeing has started putting a ton of stress on me though. I don’t need the stress. I’m career focused and working on self-improvement daily. The thing I’m terrible with is ending things though. Never have gotten good at it. Any advice is appreciated. Read the below situation to get an idea.

So I’ve been seeing this girl for 2 months now. Lately the sex has become less great and less frequent than the first month. She’s been starting to have insecurity problems and has been starting to really stress me out the last few weeks. She got mad because I cancelled once when I was sick about 3 weeks ago. She has cancelled 3 times in the 3 weeks since then and sees nothing wrong with it. We go on dates and do fun shit but I don’t want a relationship where as she does. I just wanted to keep it fun until I decided it was worth it (I don’t think it is anymore). I suck at ending things. Any way of ending things a smart way? I’m bad at this shit. Always have been. Getting out of anything going on longer than a month is a shit storm for me to deal with. It’s my fault I let myself get attached. I thought I saw something in her but it’s obviously declined in my eyes. I just don’t know the right way out.

Thanks my dudes.
