I was in similar situation as you.

And that “lost time “ mentality really bothered me for a long time. Wanted to feel what means to seduce and have casual sex with lots of women. So did cold approaches. And in fact had some successes.

Compared to hookers the experience were better, although not much. In other words, I didn’t like it. First time I used condom, and I didn’t go down on them. Which really sucked. Second time, I sad fuck it, will go raw and will eat her. I really do like to do it, for me is more exiting than the actual sex. Anyhow. It was better. But then I got paranoia what if I caught something, I could not sleep, I could not date, I couldn’t do anything until I went to do a test. Which was fine.

What I realised from these couple of encounters that casual sex and the lifestyle which I have admirer and wanted to experience so much, it’s not for me. And I don’t want to waste my time living in the past, I am 34 years. Want to find a gf, and start a family.

I don’t know whether you will have the same experience but you will never know if you like it or not if you never try.

I don't quite understand the question. What is it that you're looking for, exactly? Just sex? A relationship? Either/or?

There isn't anything that really needs to be done. It sounds like you're letting your hangups affect your behavior. If you really like or are interested in someone, your feelings will guide you on what to do. If you aren't really interested in them and are only wanting sex, then you'll have to fake those natural behaviors to get what you want. That's all it amounts to. When you're with someone that you actually are interested in, going with the flow and allowing things to happen is all that you would need to do. Dwelling on your past and saying "but I have no experience, how am I going to get past this" isn't going to help you at all. It's only going to create a mental block that will likely end in a self-fulfilling prophecy of you blowing it.
