a workout routine that you also prioritize highly
a group of friends that you enjoy hanging out with
a side hustle
some sort of hobby that you take great interest in

All of these put the ball in her court. She either "respects and honors" the rules (translation: your priorities), or she checks out to go play a different game (i.e. she finds herself another guy). The more you available you make yourself, the more you compromise the law in question.

Easy. In no particular order:

1) Be busy. Enough said.
2) Temper your response time to her in text. Not always, aim for about 50-60%.
3) Cut your interactions short. You're the one to end dates, phone calls, etc. Aim to end on a high note.
4) Let her be the last one to text.
5) Let her take initiative. It sounds like this one is drifting away from you. And you feel a need to get her back. Funny how being disinterested (real or faked) can get the other party to become eager to win them back. Hmmmm.
