Women are very wishy washy. You still have a chance, but may have to give it some time...if you can afford to. Some women take the lack of engagement as rejection...due to how women are coddled since birth...and the fact that you came off as distant may have bothered her. Honestly you know the type of female this is, so play it by ear. It's easier to do things the right way first then to go back and repair and play from behind.

The way you show affection should based on the type of person you are to make it truly authentic. Doing something you read can come off fake if that's not truly you. What are some things you like, that she knows you like ? Maybe ask her to be involved with that ....or what are some things she likes that you've discovered? Or try something new....but to show affection , is to be caring. It is a delicate act, because you don't want to be needy or codependent.... It's just like seasonings when cooking....just the right amount. Affection is actions, not words....it's gestures...not just gifts
You got this. Engage with her and find out things she likes without her realizing you are doing that....and then maybe surprise her

It sounds like she is projecting a bit. Basically it sounds like she is not sure her feelings for you and is instead implying that you aren’t sure of your feelings for her.
It’s backwards but we are human and this happens.
I’d pull back. Let her know you like her and want to continue spending time together but you want her to be comfortable. Let her set the pace. She may start reaching out more or she may ghost…either way will be ok
We called each other and talked for like 2-3h and it went so well, I reassured her I was sure of my feelings and all and she was all over me so I think she was really genuine
