Hi guys,

Had two amazing dates with one of my plates. She is digging me hard and she's my favourite out of all the plates as well at the moment. This morning I sent her the big one - suggesting to come cook for me at my house on Sunday (she's never been there before). We mentioned her cooking for me during both previous dates.

The more I read my message though, the more chodey it sounds. But it's out there now, nothing I can do about it. So I just have to own whatever she replies with.

The other thing that's getting to me a bit now is that I sent it 5 hours ago. She's either busy at work or just haven't figured out a proper response yet but either way, I'm slowly starting to dread an excuse or a no. Fun to be inside my head right now.

Anyway, don't know if even more context is required, she's into me for sure, I like her, I want a third date.

So now I wonder what you would suggest I reply if she does reject my offer? I'm thinking of 3 options:

  • "Cool xxx" literally just that. Just leave it hanging there,
  • "No prob, how about x, y z" suggest an alternative that's lower pressure
  • "Cool, are you going to invite me hiking then?" because she hikes on Sundays and said I should join sometime

Any ideas, suggestions, support or hard truths / bitch slaps would be appreciated.
