Fellas I need some help.

I need some major tips for texting with girls. My game on phone is so bad that I can't get a girlfriend. I just don't know how to flirt over text, like how to start a conversation and how to keep the conversation going over text. I'm like an introvert when texting although I'm more extroverted than introverted in person.

And I know that texting is the problem because I have the looks and good character (not my words, few girls said this to me when they asked why i haven't had a girlfriend yet).

Not having a girlfriend yet wasn't that big of a problem to me before but now that I'm 16 it feels like everyone is having their first relationships. So I would really appreciate any kind of help.
