That’s submissive behaviour, and while it might not be perceived exactly as creepy, it is considered as unmasculine and unattractive.

Women can perceive when you are not comfortable or submissive and when you are unassertive, and it isn’t charming behaviour.

Women respond to dominance, confidence, and playfulness,…

If you catch her staring… You do better by calling it out on a playful way, maybe doing funny faces to her, or winking, or simply saying to her “let’s have a staring contest”.

But instead you are in your head insecure worrying what she thinks worrying about you are perceived and yes that kills your charm and women get the wrong vibes

Mate it depends on how you look, If you are attractive Women love being looked at as long as you don't stare. Catching glances at her or something is fine

But if you are an unattractive dude It's gonna Creep the fuck outta her

Case and point In my class when I was a high schooler There was this rumor that I was in love with this girl cause I always look at her.

The rumor was spread by her LMAO. She was pretty so yeah I looked at her but I wasn't in love but it makes it clear that she enjoyed the attention and she couldn't wait to share . Question: how do you look Mate.

I've been living this rule for over a decade and it works great.

If you look at a woman more than once always approach. Even if it bombs. Always do it. Don't get off on checking out women without approaching. That's creep behavior.
