Tbh ask her out becausw girls are naturally friendly, they can give ioi but wont like u back. Some girls dont show ioi unless u talk to them. Sometimes they will never show it at all to avoid making it seem "they like u"

watching me then fast look away when I look back. More subtle way then long eye contact.
long eye contact without looking away
using opportunity to come close without other IOI (eye contact and do on). Very subtle but thats just the way they do.
