You can start with a simple, low risk opener, something polite and friendly such as Hey how are you? What's up? What are you up to today? maybe something incorporating the environment if you're both shopping for the same thing or in line for the same food. But if you really want to find out quickly whether you have a shot with her then just say authentically how she makes you feel: "You look gorgeous. I want you.
