Recently I’ve come to realize one of the factors (possibly the strongest one) that makes cold approaching give me anxiety is the fear of blowing my one shot with said girl and that being it.
Now let me explain: I’m aware no girl is any more special than the next one and so on. But I live in a < 1 mill city and I see a lot of the same girls every time I go out
The idea that if I fail the approach then that girl is a possibility no longer makes me anxious and more hesitant to approach.
Have you felt this? How does one deal with it?
