I M (28) went out with a hot F (22). Date went great. We got some drinks and were flirting the whole time. Invited her back to my place and she accepted. We started making out but didn't go further because she's "not that type of girl". We hung out for a while and then I took her back to her place. The next day I texted her saying we should go out again sometime but I got the sense that she was starting to distance herself since she ignored that part of the message and just said that she had fun. When I did ask her out again she said that she realized she has a lot going on and that she isn't trying to see anyone right now.

My thing is I'm not trying to jump into a relationship either, I just wanted to go out with her as two single people having fun, and then seeing what happens. What happened?
