I’d say play mind games. People want what they can’t have. Say it’s your friend and then downplay it a bit. You’re telling the truth but you’re being sus about it so it’ll drive her crazy. Keep showing her that your interested in her though but play it cool. Make her think she has to work to get your attention

Never answer this truthfully if you are single, if you have a girlfriend or are married obviously that's different. But here you should never answer it seriously, "oh that was just my 5th date, but hey I like you a lot more than her." Or you can say "I don't kiss and tell" and smirk, it's all about delivery and confidence. If you aren't good at being sarcastic, do not do this.
