I'm trying to improve my social media presence. What are your favorite tips / vids on how to take pics of yourself both solo and with other people? I only know basics like rule of 3rds and avoid stuff sticking out of your head in the background.

I have geeked out in the past on photo gear and specs but neglected composition and poses.
