Yeah I would agree with what everyone else is saying. This is something I am also going through at the moment. The biggest thing I would say is to move on and talk to more people in general and maybe even just focus on yourself instead of getting someone else to make you feel whole. You should be looking for someone to add to your happiness, not create or sustain the only happiness you’ve got. Hope that helps

I had the same problem. Here's what you do. You simply start talking with other women. A bunch of them. You'll find out there's a bunch of other amazing women. It's difficult for us dudes to move past, but you have to make that decision in order to move on. You'll find out that you should have done this a while ago. I even unadded her so I wouldn't be thinking about her. It worked. You'll get through it man, it just takes time.

You've had oneitis for three years? I didn't think that was possible unless you were seeing her regularly. If you aren't and you're somehow filling that void by checking her socials daily you have to stop now. Properly learn game, go to bars, meet new people, and kick off a new social life. As soon as you get new women in your life you'll forget all about her
