So I met this girl and we had a really good talk, after it we’ve been texting for a week or so and I’ve been teasing her and being playful. I asked for a date but she told me that she’s taking some classes during vacation on certain school (We’re in High School)

I texted her yesterday to clarify the fact that I actually would like to date her, and if she didn’t want to have a date she had to tell me because I didn’t want to still wasting my time texting her. She told me that she actually wanted to get to know me a little better before to “try out something” and she wanted to talk as friends, “at least for now” so I don’t fucking know if she thinks that I want a date with her because I want a LTR (which doesn’t make sense because I just met her)

What should I do? Stop texting her? Ask her again when she’s free for a date? I think she’s just trying to make me just one orbiter more
