How do I create sexual tension or energy to girls I’m interested in.

I used to do this because i find dropping subtle hints and increasing the tension for a couple meetings better than escalating quickly. Im asking right now cause i can do it only in Asia with a different language. Any tips how to do it in a western country (if it is any different- i do think it is very different)
