If you lack of conversations skills, you have to practice them, not something else.

Go outside and talk to people, start with neighbors and take step further every once in a while. Use every opportunity to talk, leave your phone in the pocket and your earbuds at home!

Do things that will make yourself more confident. Do you like the way that you look? You can improve this by going to the gym. What special talents do you have? You can improve those too.

A lot of people here treat confidence as something that they can learn or fake. The best way to get confidence is to improve yourself.

I am also very short for a man, not attractive at all, and has an unattractive voice.

This mindset will get you no where. You need to do some improving.

Confidence isn't "I'm handsome and sexy", it's "I'm good 'nuff".

Body language helps a ton, too.
