Man, the problem is that you have so much to learn… You need experience talking with girls. So the best thing you can do is to start approaching 5 girls per week at the very least to get to know them all for 5 mind each.

For starters, don't come off as desperate. Focus on yourself, get into lifting, start dressing right, and focus on making a strong social circle (of men) to get over your anxiety. only suggestion I have then is to get a drink in you and head to the club/bars with your friends, drink enough so your confidence is high enough you don't give a fuck about anyone's opinion then go enjoy your night and shoot your shot a few times.
there is not a specific way to approach as it depend on the situation. so if youre in a club setting if you're dancing with your mates chances are youll end up dancing with other girls / groups who are also dancing.
