I lost my mom at a fairly young age, 8 years old. I didn't lose my dad, but he's always been distant and a complete loser in real life. I grew up without siblings or other family that lived nearby.

This situation is so innate to me that I don't question it; I don't think about how unique it is. The details of it may be special, but I imagine more and more kids grow up at least partially this way, missing a parent, lacking siblings, or other support networks.

Along with that, I've struggled so much as a young adult to do things that should be easy for me. I don't lack any of the raw ingredients: physical, intellectual, or psychological. What I've clearly lacked is basic wisdom.

Having fully digested the main points in the Red Pill community, I realize now that so much could have been avoided if things were caught earlier. If I had any teaching whatsoever from a father figure or even a mother figure... Not to play the 'what if' game, but I really missed not having those advantages in this world.

I'm just curious if there are any others out there who were essentially parent-less, family-less, etc and how that affected your experience before and after taking the Red Pill.
