You know what to do. You take action. It’s as simple as that man. You talked to a girl in the pouring rain and she reacted positively to you. There’s absolutely no reason you can’t talk to people in normal situations.

I actually didn't think about it like that. Also she was taller than me as well so it went better than I expected. So theoretically yea I should be able to talk to more girls.
But that being said I would really like to know how other people can just take actions almost everyday.

Don’t overcomplicate it man.
You simply take action.
When you meet a stranger you talk to them.
Men and women, you just talk to them.
There is no secret ‘how’.
The more you socialize, the better your communication skills become.
