You are interrupting all of this as her being interested in you. It could be that she’s just being nice to you.

You are very needy and it’s good you see this. Make a plan to STOP.

I would go no contact with her outside of work. At work, I would just say hello when passing or when she comes to you.

If she asks why she hasn’t heard from you just say you’ve been busy.

You noticed in time apparently. She seems to be the type of person to very quickly lose interest when the other person starts investing even a little.

If you want her i would say the best tactic would be to just play it cool and let her do all the work. She might be much more into that.

I also want to point out that if she loses interest that quickly, she may lose it all once she gets whatever it is she wants (not saying that will happen, but beware).

If she thought you were needy while you didn’t have a crush on her, imagine if you actually did?

Also, think about how the situation at work would be if you got hurt or the other way around, as it is a possible outcome.

I’m so fascinated by lesbians. So often, a lot of you come off as needy simps, but no one hates you for it. It’s prob because no one sees you as threatening. I’m gonna repeat some advice I was told by a female friend of mine. “If you’re wondering if a girl likes you or not, she prob doesn’t.” Women often times let a guy know if she likes him. And when I say women, I mean real actual adults, not kids still in highschool
