You should be trying to pull the girl home or setting dates within the first 10 minutes of meeting.

Never make one woman the owner of your night. If things don't escalate very quickly just assume it's not meant to be. Exchange nunbers and move on to another girl and don't dismiss that you could find that other woman chasing you around the club. But never, never expect anything from anyone you just met unless she is literally grabbing your cock.
