Welcome to 2021. You need to keep dating other people. And is this whole post about if you should text her or not? Nobody can answer that. Only you know the relationship. Personally I wouldn’t text until the day before confirming the plans. I would also have others lined up in the meantime because i have a feeling this girl isn’t in love with you….

Should I message her this week? She initates most of our messages I'd say 80% and I initiate 20%. But I also plan all the dates. Or should I just let the week go by let her miss me/get a bit anxious thinking of me and see if she reaches out to me yet again before the date?

In her defense, you aren’t exclusive.
Tell her you want to be more serious. If she rejects you then at least you know you haven’t found what you’re looking for and can move on.
