A couple tips: 1) Start small and work your way up: Start doing small things that break your comfort zone. It can be as simple as saying high to the cashier or greeting people you walk by. Even sitting in crowded places. Eventually you can start cold approaching. 2) Realize what serves you: Realize that having insecurities is a big detriment. Being insecure is an instant turn off to girls, even more so than looks. If someone judges you on something, then why would you want to give them your time of day anyways? If you start valuing yourself and your time then you will stop caring so much about what others think and worry about yourself. What do you want? What do you deserve? And how much do you respect and love yourself? Start building your self-worth so people will respect you. Don’t let people walk over you. Don’t be “nice”. Have self-respect above anything. 3) What women really want: The truth is that you are already attractive as a man. Women are biologically primed to be attracted to you sexually. So the belief that you are not attractive is a lie. The only things that holds you back from being attractive is your beliefs about yourself: your disconnect with your innate masculinity, drive, and sexual nature. It’s natural to be confident and sexual around women. Your insecurities come from unnatural thoughts that doubts and society has brought into your mind. Get rid of the bs and tune into the real you. Been there, still there at 49, approaching beautiful women can suck. It’s not just you, girls want to talk to you as much as you want to talk to them. It take skill, practice and many many fails. And yup, some women are not approachable or don’t want to be approached. I am from Seattle, home of the freeze, and probably the least friendly place in the US. I can pick up an LA 8 in LA, because it’s expected boys talk to girls.

My advice, build skills and learn how to sell. Go subscribe to Charisma on Command on YT. Be genuine and don’t run from opportunities to talk to girls. Build 5 openers that you can use as cold openers, not pick up lines. Use the same lines on conversations with your friends, role play with your buddies. Acclimate the time you spend with the girls you know you can connect with. If your a gamer, talk to gamer girls, and talk to the cutest one in the room. Set a goal to talk to 5 girls at a party or 5 a week, then get out there.

You have to do stuff you know you "should" be doing. Confidence comes from trusting yourself to do what you need to and acknowledging your fears. Most of the stuff you "should" be doing involves discomfort, responsibility, awareness, and bravery. It's deeper than just hitting on chicks. Get good at school, study hard, follow a passion, workout hard and consitently, network with as many people as you can, etc. Watch yourself closely, learn from your mistakes, and work within your means. Part of becoming a "man" and gaining your own self respect involves putting a planet on your shoulders and moving forward with a smile on your face. Do all of this with integrity, consistently, and confidence will come easily but with time. Be patient.

Directly related to women - say yes to every event where a girl will be there and hang out with as many women as you can. Be ballsy. Learn to get comfortable enough to say edgy flirty stuff to them in front of other people. Be honest and direct with your intentions, but tease the interaction apart like an opening flower. Don't say something like "I want to fuck" straight out the gate. That's the equivalent of crushing an open flower in your hand.
