I tried that, never really worked for me much. What was I supposed to do? Stand in front of a mirror and repeat "I am the prize! I am the prize! I AM THE PRIZE!"? A lot of days I sure as hell don't feel like any prize. What seems to help me the most is just to work on overall neediness issues and make a conscious effort to stop investing emotionally about what women think of me or are interested in me. It's been hard and an ongoing process but I am starting to see some positive results.
