So I know that red pill says many/most women are the same in almost everything. I've recently met new programmers who are women in a social non-work context. I'm curious if I can be friends with them as before, or if I should treat them the same as every other woman, or like what the correct approach is.

I am most interested in people who are very technical themselves who have friends etc who are women and technical, after taking the red pill.
