Hey guys i thought that it would be good to share my mistakes so you can learn from it and maybe give me some advice:

(English is not my first language just a disclaimer)

So im on vacation in a small town and went to a super market. I saw a really cute girl working there but too afraid to approach. So 2 days later i walk into the supermarket with the intention of getting her number but she is not there. So i gave it to another guy working there and he would give it to her.

3 hours later she texts me and we have a great conversation. And it quickly turned into making a date. So we make a date for sunday but 1 hour kater she says she cant do sunday. But monday will do. (But monday evening i would have to return home) The day before the date (today) she says she cant do monday. So that means no date.

My thoughts: She didn't really know what i look like and we really haven't talked irl or on the phone before we set the date. And so i think she already knew she was gonna cancel when we set the date (i brought up the subject of making a date)

Any thoughts or advice on my mistakes that i made?
