Don’t drink too much. Make sure you max out your looks til then (haircut, teeth whitening, good skincare, good style, etc.) and don’t go in there with the idea or goal to get laid; girls feel that stuff. Go there to have fun, get to know people (genuinely) and you should be good to go. Good luck!

I'd say don't drink that night at all, just water or whatever, but since you have a few months yet, start working up small, private flirtations with all the girls you like. Like roll up and say "hey that outfit/color/whatever looks great on you! get more like that!" or any type of of positive casual observation you notice. The idea is to build up fun and playful vibes with everyone so when the party happens everyone knows your fun and will have already been thinking about you either some or a lot.

As for work dating, I dated only girls I worked with from 18-22. It's ok then because everyone is coming and going in life, moving away to and fro and finding careers. When you get to that 40-55 hour a week work grind later in life, then it's not a good idea at alll to date too close at work.

Anyways, by the time of the Christmas party everyone will loosen up a bit, and you'll be right in the cut, having fun with people more than when you are all on the clock. Whatever happens happens. No biggie if you don't lose the V right at that moment or not, no need to pressure yourself. Just focus on having a good time and being a good time and the V will come off, ha ha, no worries!

Don't wait for this party and turn it into your moment to meet women and lose your v card. In fact, don't shit where you eat at all,.. The fact that you're limiting yourself to the gym you work at makes me thing you have a scarcity mindset. There are literally millions of other women out there who you could be approaching on a daily basis. Go talk to them. There's far less real world consequences to you when you fuck it up with these girls, whereas creeping out a coworker can have real ramifications in your daily life.
