I've been improving a lot in terms of taking care of myself and having relationships with women but still have more room to grow, I've been happy with my progress as well.

However I just had an interaction with my co-worker who is very handsome, blonde hair blue eyes kind of guy. He seems to have girls literally drop what they're doing and come up to him. I must say he is a charismatic guy in lots of sense, but I'm certain this time the girl literally saw nothing he did and just went straight to him based on looks. As he usually gets.

So I'm wondering, is this something you can improve yourself to attain? Or is this just the genetic lottery that we are dealt with? Perhaps in the back of my mind I'm wondering if this guy is the type of guy that girls want, and when you're not that, you're not really what girls are looking for in the first place?

He's a great guy so I am not jealous or anything, in fact I watch him and try to imitate the good aspects of his personality for myself. What are everyone else thoughts?
