Girls may have seen more of your personality and you might have grown on them. You don’t only have one shot at each woman. You can try again. I remember this one guy that I had a ‘dance’ with where the timing was always off. When he was into me, I wasn’t into him and vice versa. We ended up hooking up. We are still kinda of friends (years and years ago) and I always think of him fondly. We just never got the timing right and the moment past for a LTR.

You could give it as shot, I have, or you could ask them directly like, hey what changed? That's just me though some people do change other people only ask or start to flirt later, because they are running out of options, or are willing to give you a chance or their preferences have changed. Let me know how it goes! But if it was your crushing followed by rejection or disinterest from the other person yea that kinda tends to kill interest or any friendship for a while
