A girl simply complimenting you might not necessarily mean she's interested, but if you feel like maybe she's trying to flirt, try flirting back - if she reciprocates you have your answer

I heard this answer a while ago and it's always worked perfectly for me - anytime anyone compliments you, just smile and thank them. That's it.
