I am completely obsessed with this girl who goes to my Church but now I really just want to move on & quit thinking about her, but I can't.. no matter how hard I try, I can't.. please, it's getting quite annoying, and unhealthy, does anyone have any advice on how to put an end to this??

The only way to solve this is to talk to her, strike up a conversation, and ask her out. Then it’s either Y or N. If No, you can focus on someone else.

Church is difficult as they’re with family typically and there isn’t much social interaction. Sometimes they have donut Sundays where it’s a more social atmosphere or some type of family pot luck night. If you don’t have those, then maybe as she’s walking out go after her and ask her a question in a friendly way. It’s very tough either way without seeming like you went out of your way to talk to her. Not that that’s a rule, but most guys don’t like approaching if it seems like they crossed a pit of lava.

First of all, how old are you?

Second. Reading your previous posts you should straighten up your life first. Go to therapy and stick with it for whatever problems you have. The church or religion would barely get you anywhere in comparison to proper professional help. If spending money for therapy is not an option, get help from friends or anyone properly close to you that you trust.

Help yourself and set a goal to get a job and hold onto it.

Once you start getting your life straight and use all of your time into helping yourself and improve you will barely have time to care about this girl or dating.

Dating is nothing more than a hobby to some, a fun time to other, but the moment you make it your goal you already fucked it up.

Get your mind into things that are important in your life and by the looks of it you have many things to worry about at the time than distract yourself for petty crushes.

Just start talking to other girls or you have to realize there are billions of other girls out there for you.

OR you can actually talk to this girl and see how she is. Maybe you won't like the way she is and you'll forget about her. Maybe you'll hit it off. You'll be alright though. It happens.
