I grew up with a toxic mom and beta dad which was terrible for my emotional health, being depressed since I was 12. Eventually I found TRP and started to improve a lot physically and mentally. The past two years I've been able to fit in quite well with no problems. I have multiple social circles and an ltr, whereas before I could barely even make friends.

The main problem is whenever I have quiet time I still get toxic thoughts such as thinking no one likes me and that I'm a victim and my life sucks, even though deep down I know none of it is true and I never act on it. As long as I'm around people or distracted I'm usually social but sometimes the toxic thoughts can creep up on me and cause anxiety. What can I do to help eliminate these thoughts that I know are not true?
