Too much of anything can be a bad thing. It’s also a case by case thing. If the girl is shy she’ll appreciate you filling in the empty space so the pressure isn’t on her. But in other scenarios some might feel suffocated by you talking too much but some might like it.
In regards to the whole masculine energy thing. What matters is are you leading the conversation somewhere? Setting the stage for you both to get a better understanding of one another? Or are you just talking to talk?

Commenting to follow thread. Very interested in others’ opinions on men talking a lot (with intent), and how it effects that “masculine energy.”
Never got why a guy that is open to talking comes off as not cool, calm, collected.
