I recently started a part time handyman job the past 2months on weekends while I study during the week. Occasionally one weekday out of the month I will go to all the tenants apartments (20 in one location) knock on their door and do minor inspections to see if they require any maintainence.

Last week as I'm doing my routine, this one tenant, short petite HB5, opens the door and is standing behind the door.looks like I had just woken her up so I advise her that I'm doing the monthly inspections and she looks around and then whispers "I don't have any clothes on", to which I just smirked and shrugged my shoulders. She then says come on in and jumps into the bathroom which is right next to the entrance.

Took me 2 min to just check the kitchen plumbing real quick and smoke detectors, I thanked her and exited the apartment. Then an after thought hit me that she wasn't fully naked. She was wearing at least a T-shirt which was same as last time I did the inspection.

That's when I thought, did she say that to test my reaction to her being comfortable in just a short T-shirt and panties or was she throwing me a bone & hinting at something else?

So my question would be not sure if I should just enjoy the view or escalate?
