What's up gents, so 2 weeks ago I lost my virginity to a woman and I decided to just document the experience and ask for some input. So this woman was someone I had honestly not had any interactions with, cause lockdown but we happened to be working around the same building 1 day and I decided to engage in some small talk and give her a bit of assistance with her work( we are both mechanical engineers). Finally when I was about to leave, I recall her telling me she lived not too far from where we were so offered her a lift home where we engaged in more small talk. Eventually she invited me over into her apartment cause I remarked how I knew a girl who used to live there but regretted not visiting her cause life n shit. We ended up having a chattin another 3 hrs while eating pizza and drinking wine and decided to have a date a few days later cause there was chemistry. For the date, I just took her to the mall, my plan was to just roam and have some coffee, she ended up loving it but when I suggested we have some donuts, she preferred we go back to her place and she'll cook for us cause she is conscious about her weight.

Honestly, her response seemed normal and did not imply anything sexual tho I did flirt with her often throughout the date and at her flat. She seemed rather self conscious I kept complimenting her legs cause after being complimented by random fuckboys about her body (for obvious reasons) she did not seem to believe them and somewhat uncomfortable but I called her out on that and mentioned stuff like its okay to flaunt the good things about yourself, also complimented stuff like her smile and how her pouting was cute cause I liked how she'd get flushed for a bit

So eventually we started watching a movie back at her place and we start cuddling and I start subtly escalating things like removing my jacket, touching her legs and asking if she wanted to feel my abs cause I gym. She mentioned that she felt a bit scared and I assured her nothing was gonna happen until when I felt the mood was right and asked to kiss her. Then BOOM shit escalated real fast and I ended up losing my virginity and we banged a couple of times. I had to leave cause I had obligations the next day and she shared her flat with other women so showering may not have been possible. We made arrangements for a 2nd date but her flat got flooded due to faulty pipes( I have pictures to confirm) so she went back to her moms for a bit.

This is where there is a bit of fuckery involved and why I am writing to the subreddit, so while at her moms place, she wrote to be asking if we can still be friends. This was weird cause she was pushing for us to be in a relationship, wanted me to stay the night at her place and pushed for sex on the first date( I honestly was surprised it happened cause I was trying to play it cool and at least get a kiss). So I replied sure cause I'm not gonna try and fight it partly cause my self-esteem, the fact she was a bit clingy and cause I knew this was a shit test and I gain and loosed nothing from this. But when I asked why because this was odd behaviour, she said she may tell me in person but she fell in love with someone else at her moms place and did not want to put me in a awkward situation. Well at least she was honest and was not trying to be scummy and hey I got laid but overall I kinda feel lost what to do from here. Lockdown doesn't present much opportunity to meet women so I'm thinking of doin dance classes too but also want thoughts on how you gents think how I conducted myself.
