It's not quite simple but it's one of the few things I'm good at i think. You need to be sure first of all that the thing you're negging them about isnt insanely serious imo.

The goal is to have it be playful and have her throw something back if possible. Also make sure you say it laughing or with a smile, you need to have that element.

Imo in my experience it's less about what exactly you say and more about your mannerisms making it playful

Hey my friend. Example: Was out on a date, kinda walking around. There is a lady with a little doggy. I do not like dogs at all so... Me:"btw do you like doggs? For my part, can't stand them". She: "omg how can you, I freakin love dogs" Me: "ok I have to let that sink in first but you just lost quit some point with me".

Might not be real negging. But the point is this. -Always light hearted and with a smirk -Within context -Amplify/ Missconstrue -It is you who wants to have some fun with the neg (the one with the eyes is not about having fun ;) its a bad/mean qualification)

In short it is as if you are teasing a friend. It s just being goofy in kinda way.
