Last week I started my first job at a firm where I'm the only male employee there.

Since my first day I've yet to receive any sort of training and I'm basically learning everything on my own. Any attempt to ask questions is usually met with "figure it out for yourself". I've been absolutely hung out to dry.

Nobody seems to truly care about my progression or even the work assigned to me. I'm basically learning through fucking up and being scoffed at.

Is this normal? What should I do?
