I know a few people who don't drive and make it work. It may be a little awkward at first, but it's not the end of the world and you're only in HS. Let them know and see if you can arrange to meet somewhere or if she can pick you up. Play it off as a progressive gender role reversal.

When I first started dating I had no vehicle but my gfs always did. Was never an issue as a teenager. I'd have women drive up to an hour away just to pick me up and hang out. If a woman wants you she doesn't care about the other shit.
