How do you deal with girls that have boyfriends but clearly flirt/are interested in you?

I think in these situations "I were her boyfriend, how would I feel". Don't do stuff like that, there are so many attractive women that you could be approaching. High school girls are often young and naive, best not to get yourself caught up in the drama that follows.
