As far as bringing up the subject, I think the best way is to get the subject around to hot women. I think a good way to do this is to have a movie night and bring a hot flick with one of your (or her) favourite girls in it. If you like Jessica Alba, Honey is a downright awesome movie for this. There's tons of scenes to which you can remark "Damn, she's hot" and ask if she feels the same. Then maybe make it a bit more personal by discussing the hotness level and desirability of some girls you both know. And, from there, hopefully to something more direct between the two of you. The point here is to take the idea of sleeping with a women down from a theoretical thing to a practical possibility. You want to lead the conversation to where "why not?" becomes the easy answer.

What you want do do is to make a threesome out of it. The girl in question is statistically into guys, so maybe you can get your BF to join in, Try talking to her about the idea of a threesome, feel your way through the conversation the first time, don't suggest anything but put the idea in her head. Another tactic is to pick up a girl with your BF in a bar/club, with the clar intention of a threesome, that is much easier beacause people are more willing to experiment int hat kind of setting...
