I would: 1. Show interest then stop completely 2. Invite her out with other people (have a girl there you also like) 3. Flirt like crazy with the other girl in front of her, make it hard for only her to get your attention, everyone else gets it easily.

If she doesn't go for it from there then well, you should have flirted with the other girl enough to where you now have her if you want. Kind of sounds like you might be getting oneitis though?
