My rule of thumb is act how I would with my mates, but without the jokes about jacking off, jacking off while playing videogames, the time I fucked a whore and self deprecating jokes about being a virgin.

All the rest is ok.

How do you make conversation with male friends? Do you also put so much pressure on yourself?

Try to relax. You're trying too hard in having people interested in you.

Girls are just guys with boobs. They're human beings, just like your male friends. There's no point of being terrified of them. People feel your anxiety, and that freaks them out. Your problem is you're terrified to be rejected, and people can sense it. They don't feel comfortable because you're giving them too much power. People want to be around confident people that that CANNOT hurt.

You're equating your self-worth too much in the hands of girls.

As for actual conversation tips, first is consider a girl like a boy. Just another human being, with interests and passions and aspirations. Work on getting to genuinely get to know people, who they really are. People LOVE talking about themselves.

Smalltalk is an art. There are guides out there. If you're too anxious art first, try to come up with 5 or 10 questions ahead of time.

Also, it helps having hobbies (outside of Fortnite). Take cooking or danse classes, go crazy. Don't be just another video game player, one-dimensional and predictable (few people can pull that off)
