I noticed that with each day of reading all stuff and sometimes approaching girls my approach anxiety is reducing - taking baby steps.

However, currently I'm struggling to expand whole conversation. Feeling stress and sometimes confusing words. An example from today... I was in a shop and there was a nice girl, I said in my mind what I want to tell her... When I approached her I completly mixed words since I got stressed.

I'm an introvert type of guy, spend most of my childhood with video games and had not too many friends, which lead to having not so great social life. Also I don't have great hobbies - trying to be active in many things however.

The good part is that I have a great job (unfortunately IT, which may not be interesting for girls). I care for my health, look. In upcoming year I'm planning to enroll dancing class to improve this part also.

Do you think that case of expanding conversation is more about stress or lack of interesting topics from my side, because of mentioned childhood ?

How I can be more talkative ?

EDIT. Funny thing... Some people tell me, that I'm really talkative person, but that's because I feel so well around them = no stress and we have some common topics
