If you actually believe that you can't meet girls everywhere, you will have a hard time meeting girls.

That's true However there are many places where there are hardly any girls to meet. People would say stuff like "go out side" and I'd "laught" and how dumb that advice was. 0 in my neighborhood and when Id go out and do errands id see very few. But once I stayed at a different part of town I relised how That advice is true for some people. In that area you could litterly go outside and find hot girls walking there dogs. And then at all of ther businesses there would be attractive women.

You need to stop being so focused on the outcome. If you see a woman you find attractive, don't think to yourself "I hope she likes me", think "I wonder what she's like." If she gets mad at you simply for approaching her and talking to her, then she's the one who's got issues, not you.
Also, stop stressing over the fact that you haven't gotten laid in a year. If you do, women will sense your desperation and it will repel them. If getting laid is all that matters to you, save yourself some trouble and just hire an escort.
