So I've trying to approach for a long time but you know when you have social anxiety it's really hard. You start to overthink and you keep walking around thinking what you should say... When you finally see a cute girl you freeze and don't do shit.

So I had this problem and never got to approach any girl until I met some experienced guy in a forum and I went DayGame with him, so here I was I couldn't do it and I was seeing him approaching every hot girl in the streets... And I felt like shit, I tried to approach some girls and I asked for directions lol. It's good but it's baby steps.

Finally we stood there and he told me approach this one, and then I didn't even think I ran towards the girl (she was like 7 or a 8 really hot) and just told her, that I just saw her passing by and that she was cute and wanted to talk to her. She laughed in a nice way, and said that she had a boyfriend and thanked me for approaching her with a genuine smile, I was mind blown, that's it. I felt amazing while a I walked away from her, a feeling of no regret. So I get back to the pro and he says to approach another one, I do the same thing but this time I follow her because there was people on the side of the street and I was afraid from their judgement, I know it's stupid. So when I stop her from the side I think I startled her and there is no way to recover from that. I say the same line, but I get the feeling that she wants to go away by her body language, so I don't say anything, only sorry with a shy voice, didn't turn around. Hell of an akward experience but felt well anyways for approaching.

Now I'm back at the anxiety trying to approach again but can't, I think it's easier when you DayGame with someone else. It reliefs the social pressure you have.
