I would say first off, figure out how to show intent and express desire. The next time you talk to a new girl, make it very clear very quickly you find her physically attractive and you'd like to go out with her. This can be done by body language and verbally. Stand closer, and look into her eyes more, don;t be afraid to touch her. Compliment her, if you see something that turns you on about her, tell her that that thing is cute or sexy or really nice. Be sure to be specific when you do compliment though, and say it as it's occurring to you how nice it is.

My first piece of advice is to not worry about it. I didn't even kiss a girl until I was a 17 but now I'm 18 and I'm in committed relationship. From what I have learned is that the best thing to do is to just act casual. When you approach a girl you want to go out with or whatever, try to see what the two of you have in common and focus on just having a good time. If you focus only on wanting to make out with her or hooking up you are going to wig yourself out. So just relax, take a deep breath, and go with the flow of things

I think it's different in high school (I'm assuming that's where you are based off of your age) in order to maintain your image after an interaction with a girl you have to come off with compliments.

My recommendation is to make some female friends, ones that will say nice things about you when you're not around. It's more about rapport building in high school because it's such a social incubator. If you become the guy that everyone likes/notices you'll be much better off, especially after high school, (I'm about to humble brag here, sorry) I slept with quite a few girls from my graduating class because I was the guy that was well liked. Avoid canned lines and overselling yourself, it'll ostracize you and you'll come off as "the creepy pick up guy."

The quickest route is to learn some routines. People say they are outdated and not natural blah blah blah but they can work!
