Do you talk with enthusiasm? If so is it over the top? Do you compliment people if so do you do it too much? Or do you try to talk with a deep voice if so are you too low and too boring and lethargic? ..try this watch someone tell a story where people actually listen and think how you would tell the same story and note the differences. You didnt give us much and we dont know you. Learn to be self aware. Notice, change, note and dial in your behavior in that way. Or if youre serious about it sign up for. Toast Masters you give a speech and theyll give you proper feedback

Practice makes perfection. Watch charismatic people videos / movies. Then practice. Fake until make it :) believe me it works. Takes time but it pays off. Join a toastmasters group.
